OSINT Community Membership Policies

Overview
- Purpose: Explains how to join and participate in the OSINT Community.
- Agreement: By joining, you agree to follow these rules.
Who Can Join?
- Eligibility:
- Open to professionals and organizations involved in OSINT.
- Provide accurate, verifiable information about your background.
How to Apply
- Steps:
- Complete the membership application and submit any required documents.
- Your application will be reviewed by our Membership Committee.
- Accepted applicants will receive a welcome message with next steps.
Ending Your Membership
- Voluntary (You decide):
- Notify the Membership Committee in writing to leave.
- Your membership will end within 30 days.
- Settle any fees or outstanding obligations before leaving.
- Involuntary (Community decision):
- Membership may be terminated for breaking rules or disruptive behavior.
- Actions can include warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent removal.
- After Termination:
- You will lose access to community resources and the right to use our branding.
Using Logos and Branding
- Guidelines:
- Use our logos and branding only as permitted.
- Do not suggest any endorsement beyond your membership status.
Professional Standards
- Note:
- Your membership is based on the information you provide—it is not a certification of expertise.
- You are responsible for maintaining high professional standards in your work.
Fees and Renewals
- Membership Fees:
- Fees are required as determined by the community (e.g., annually or bi-annually).
- Payment details and schedules will be shared upon acceptance.
- Renewals:
- Keep your membership current by paying renewal fees on time.
- Late or missed payments may lead to suspension or cancellation of your membership.
Community Conduct

- Disruptive behavior may result in warnings, suspensions, or expulsion.
